Volunteers at Kids' Day 2014

Lemonade Day Alaska is a free, youth entrepreneur event designed to teach kids about business by having them start their own small business: a lemonade stand. This Saturday, the organizers are looking for a handful of volunteers to help register kids at the 2014 Kid's Day at the Dena'ina Center.

2014 Annual Campus Litter Cleanup

Celebrate Earth Day by cleaning up campus. The first 100 volunteers will receive t-shirts. All volunteers will be treated to a free BBQ lunch. Meet east of Gordon Hartlieb Hall (GHH) at 9 a.m. to pick up gloves, trash bags, a campus map and trash tongs. Return to GHH after cleanup for lunch.

April 23, 2014: Stress Less Week: Night of comedy

Finals stressing you out? Take a break from studying and join the UAA Active Minds Club for the "Laugh More" event. The night starts with an hour-long stand-up competition, followed by comedy from Kelly Lee Williams.
