Eighteen months ago UAA embarked on a thorough self-assessment, called the prioritization process. Two task forces evaluated hundreds of academic programs and support functions according to their alignment to UAA's mission. Now campus leaders say the report will inform tough decisions forced by looming state budget cuts.
