Reaching out: UAA student helps train indigenous leaders

Jannelle Trowbridge once was a Michigan girl whose parents loved to sail. Nine years later, she's a UAA student with ties to ANSEP—a longtime Nome resident who has sailed the Northwest Passage, mushed in two Jr. Iditarod races and now serves as an Arctic Youth Ambassador.
