It is known that childhood trauma, commonly known as Adverse Childhood Experiences, has long-lasting implications into adulthood. Steve Gordon, renowned Alaska artist and adjunct professor of art in UAA’s Department of Art, created the ACEs Mural Project, a larger than life art installation to shed light on this difficult topic.
