Help celebrate the UAA/APU Consortium Library’s 50th anniversary on April 25th at 4pm in Library 307. There will be food, music, and of course a birthday cake to recognize the Consortium Library which started in 1973.

Join Tolkien scholars and enthusiasts, Dr. Toby Widdicombe, Dr. Greg Hartley, and Dr. Jennifer Brock as they reflect on and discuss the influence and intrigue of Tolkien's masterpieces, The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings series.

UAA Athletics and the Anchorage Mayor's Marathon would like to invite you, your peers and your coworkers to participate in this year's relays at the Anchorage Mayor's Marathon on June 17! Run in the Marathon Relay (4 people) or the Half Marathon Relay (2 people).

Do you have swipes on your meal plan that you won't be using? Residents can now donate up to 10 unused meal swipes to support their fellow Seawolves experiencing food insecurity!

The Consortium Library has home COVID-19 test kits to distribute to students, staff and faculty. The kits include two rapid home tests offering results within 15 minutes.

Staff Appreciation Day is scheduled for Friday, May 19 and registration is open now. This year, the focus is on appreciation for the great work of staff and their commitment to the UAA community.

Campus Services Event Staff are a critical part of the Event Services and Alaska Airlines Center success. As a team member you will be part of the action with preparation, administrative and organizational, ticket selling, set-up and tear-down of guest accommodations and events held at Events Services and Alaska Airlines Center.
