Workshop Series: Professional Development

UA HR will present a series of workshops designed to enhance leadership skills by focusing on essential workplace topics and addressing common employee issues. Participants will learn practical techniques for dealing with different types of situations and how to promote a more positive work environment.

Workshops are live, instructor-led webinars combining led discussions, interactive exercises, and practical strategies aimed at those in leadership roles. Workshops start on Jan. 9 and continue on the 1st Thursday of the month in February, April, May and June, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., with an additional workshop on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Employees can learn more about each topic and register to attend by visiting the Professional Development Workshop Series area in the Employee Engagement & Development Center.
