Educational Talent Search is a federally funded program that assists high school students
with preparing for postsecondary education. ETS serves students in grades 9 - 12 at
Bartlett, West, and Bettye Davis East High Schools in the Anchorage School District.
The program provides academic, career, and financial counseling to support successful
enrollment and completion of a future Associates or Bachelors degree. ETS iscurrently accepting students and will be offering field trips, college tours, career
exploration opportunities, advising support, and camps throughout this spring and
summer.
Due to being a Federally Funded Program, UAA TRIO ETS participants must also be a
US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or are currently in the process of becoming a Permanent
Resident. Evidence of residency is verified by:
A Social Security Number OR
Permanent Resident A-Number OR
Documentation that student is in the process of becoming a Permanent Resident

TRIO Talent Search is a fully-funded TRIO program of the U.S. Department of Education
