Alaska Native Values in Modern Governance: A Gathering - January 11 & 12, 2024
In ceremonies on December 12, YWCA Alaska recognized Dr. Terry Nelson as a 2023 Woman of Achievement. This award honors women who have demonstrated leadership and service to the community.
The College of Business and Public Policy Dean’s Office announced $35,000 in scholarships were awarded to 30 CBPP undergraduate and graduate students. These include the Dean’s Competitive Administration Scholarship and the Seawolf Investment Fund Scholarship.
The second annual CBPP Showcase brought more than 425 faculty, staff, alumni, students and community members together on the evening of October 13 to celebrate the College of Business and Public Policy’s 50 years of quality education, along with a ribbon cutting for the new First National Bank Alaska Finance Lab.
This is the second time Patty has been nominated and received the Northwest HR Management Association (NHRMA) award, and it is well-deserved.
