• Request Citation Appeal: Submit your appeal online through The Permit Store. Further details regarding your rights to appeal and the appeal process are available at Citations.
• Special Event Parking Request Form: Submit this form to request parking for your event. Further details regarding options are available at Event Parking.
• Staff & Faculty Payroll Deduction: Submit this form to pay parking permit fees via payroll deduction. Please note that due to IRS regulations, there will be no refunds available when Payroll Deduction is used. More details available at Long-term Parking: Students & Employees.
• Student Title IV Authorization Form: In order to have parking permits places on your student account, you must submit the Title IV Authorization Form and return it to UAA Accounting Services. More details available at Long-term Parking: Students & Employees.
